For optimal performance and safety, we recommend replacing your catalytic burner every 200 uses or once a year.
Can I use other brands of fragrance oil in my Maison Berger lamp?
To prevent clogging and ensure the longevity of your burner, we strictly recommend using only Maison Berger Paris home fragrances.
How long should I leave the flame burning on my lamp?
Light the burner and wait exactly 2 minutes before blowing out the flame to reach the ideal operating temperature.
What is the purpose of the Neutral Essential fragrance?
The Neutral Essential is used to deodorize without scenting, to clean the burner between two different fragrances, or to dilute the intensity of other scents.
Are your fragrances safe for pets?
Yes, our fragrances are designed with high-quality standards. However, we recommend using them in well-ventilated rooms and keeping the concentrated liquids out of reach of animals.
How long does a 500ml bottle of fragrance last?
A 500ml bottle provides approximately 20 hours of diffusion and 80 hours of fragrancing for an average-sized room.
